Qualifications:
Education: Some college preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience: Mac OSX, Windows and Networking

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Understanding of ministry landscape and desire to serve in ministry organization
Ability to multi-task
Self-motivated, forward thinker, problem solver, observant, diligent, flexible, attentive to detail, task-driven and organized
Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
Proficiency in Macintosh OS X and Windows software programs

Job Description:
EMPLOYEE SUPPORT

New employee account, hardware, phone set-up.
Computer hardware and software maintenance and upgrades
Troubleshoot hardware, software and printer problems
Provide support to Reach Orphans with Hope and Cultural Learning Center offices

NETWORK/HARDWARE/SOFTWARE

Hardware and software inventory
Supplies purchasing
Phone system administration assistance
Network administration assistance

EVENTS

Hardware preparation for events
Location set-up contacting
Technical support for teams on the road including after hours
