Qualifications:
Education: Some college preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience: Mac OSX, Windows and Networking
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Understanding of ministry landscape and desire to serve in ministry organization
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated, forward thinker, problem solver, observant, diligent, flexible, attentive to detail, task-driven and organized
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
- Proficiency in Macintosh OS X and Windows software programs
Job Description:
EMPLOYEE SUPPORT
- New employee account, hardware, phone set-up.
- Computer hardware and software maintenance and upgrades
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and printer problems
- Provide support to Reach Orphans with Hope and Cultural Learning Center offices
NETWORK/HARDWARE/SOFTWARE
- Hardware and software inventory
- Supplies purchasing
- Phone system administration assistance
- Network administration assistance
EVENTS
- Hardware preparation for events
- Location set-up contacting
- Technical support for teams on the road including after hours
