Summer Staff Video Application Information

VIDEO INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

The following is a list of questions/topics for you to address during a video interview. Simply record your responses to the question with the camera continuously filming. When you answer the questions please include the question in your answer. (i.e. Q: Tell us about when you came to know Christ A: I became a Christian when....)

Question #4: Why do you desire to serve with Student Life during the summer?

Question #5: What position(s) do you desire to serve in?

Question #6: Why do you feel that you are qualified to serve in this position?

Question #7: What previous positions/experiences may have prepared you for a summer service in a camp setting?

Question #8: How do you think you would add to the growth of the team?

Question #9: What do you think is your strongest characteristic as a person?

Question #10: What area of your life do you feel like you need to grow?

Question #11: The summer is very demanding physically, emotionally and spiritually.
How would you deal with the physical aspects and is there anything that may hinder your performance in each of these areas? Emotional? Spiritual?

Question #12: When someone comes in contact with you, what do you want them to remember?

Question #13: What do you want to be when you grow up?
