Qualifications:
Education: BA/BS degree. Mass Communications/Broadcasting or TV/Film.
Experience: 5-7 years professional experience.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
- Understanding of ministry landscape and desire to serve in ministry organization
- Ability to multi-task
- Confident and quick decision-making skills
- Candidate must be detail-oriented,self-motivated, diligent, and flexible
- Editing: Final Cut, Avid, Premiere, Other Non-liner editing
- Shooting: Lighting for Video; Dolly, Jib-Arm operation
- Graphics: After Effects, Photoshop
Job Description:
- Decides how to tell a story on film or video
- Chooses and procures settings for videos
- Decides how scenes will be shot
- Coordinate the set-up and take down of sound and lights on shoots
- Direct and cast actors on shoots
- Supervise soundtrack, sound effects and music
- Writing scripts when needed
- After hours and weekend shooting
