Qualifications:
Education: BA/BS degree.

Experience: 5-7 years professional experience.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Provide vision and leadership for events and projects
• Ability to write and direct
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
• Understanding of ministry landscape and desire to serve in ministry organization
• Ability to multi-task
• Candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, diligent, and flexible
• Editing: Final Cut, Avid, Premiere, Other Non-liner editing
• Shooting: Lighting for Video; Dolly, Jib-Arm operation
• Graphics: After Effects, Photoshop

Job Description:

• Oversee production of the following events
  • Youth Camp
  • Kids Camp
  • Refuge
  • Ski
• Write and direct videos for events and resources
• Oversee production of promotional videos
• Contract and approve set designs for events
• Serve as production liaison for technical staff
• Lead creative and skill development efforts for production staff
• Assist with departmental communication
