Student Life @ The Beach is different!

It’s not your basic camp. It’s a conference-style event that meets the needs of a summer retreat. With worship and plenty of group time, your students will not only be challenged in their Christian journeys, but they will also enjoy all the benefits of being at the beach for a week! The set-up plus the guaranteed group memories results in a completely unique experience.

Unlike Student Life Camp, everyone doesn’t stay at one campus. Groups stay at various places across the beach—in beachfront condos or hotels—and meet together for worship services at a local church or convention center. This means a vehicle throughout the week is a must! Also, meals are not included in the cost. You may choose to stay in your condo or hotel and cook (if kitchens are available), order in or go out to local restaurants. The choice is yours!

Student Life @ The Beach includes Morning Celebration and Evening Worship, while the afternoon schedules are flexible. Student Life provides Christ-centered curriculum for Family Groups, which meet bright and early each morning. You may decide how to divide your group and where the Family Groups will meet. You may also mix with another church for Family Groups. This type of connection is made on site and again, is optional.

You’ll enjoy LOTS of free time! The time in the afternoons is yours to use however you see best. This way, your students are able to strengthen relationships within their own group and prepare to serve better together when they get back home. Student Life does not facilitate an organized recreation session. Instead, we connect you with local attractions that are great options for your group as well as give you the opportunity to relax on the beach!

Student Life @ The Beach brings in some of the country’s best-loved Christian speakers and worship leaders. These events draw crowds from 700 to 8,000! It has quickly become a favorite summer event for both students and adult leaders. Some of our beach locations offer special concert nights as opposed to our traditional Late Nite program.

Student Life @ The Beach Events Include:

• Lodging at the hotel/condo of your choice for 4 nights
• Event programming for 4 mornings and 4 evenings (Celebration & Worship)
• Late Nite Concert (when applicable)
• Parking at worship center
• 1 t-shirt per person
• 1 camp magazine per person
• Meals & transportation are your responsibility

Meals

Some condos and hotels for Student Life @ The Beach Events have kitchens, some do not. Please be prepared to take care of meal plans and preparations for your group. Check out some fun and inexpensive ideas for providing meals for your group.

Transportation

Some properties are not located within walking distance and will require group leaders to provide transportation to Worship and within the local area.
