Shippable Resources:
If the shippable resource you are returning has not been opened, and is still in a re-sellable condition, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund.
Online Curriculum:
48 Week and All Access online subscriptions may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund. 4 and 6 Week online subscriptions and the $50 set up fee are not refundable.
Processing your Return:
All returns must be pre-approved. Simply call our office at 877-265-1605 to begin the process. Refunds will not be issued for returns that do not have pre-approval.
We are happy to refund the cost of the resource subject to the details listed above. Original shipping & handling and return postage charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. All returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date.
