Randy Hall is Founder and President of Student Life. Since 1993, Student Life has been on mission to see teenagers know Christ and grow in that relationship so they can become like Christ.

For 18 years, the focus of Student Life has been to serve youth pastors and youth workers in the local church as they lead and disciple teenagers.  Student Life provides Biblically based summer camps, Student Life Bible Study curriculum, videos and other resources to thousands of churches in the United States and beyond.

Before Student Life, Randy served as a youth pastor in Louisiana and Texas churches for 14 years. He graduated from Louisiana State University (’84) and earned his M.A. R. E. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth Texas (’89).

Randy married Valerie in 1985. They have 3 children by birth and 7 adopted children. Eight of their ten children are teenagers, so they have a 24/7 youth ministry at home.

Randy and Valerie continue to build relationships with children living in orphanages in Ukraine. They have hosted groups from the orphanages in their home in Birmingham, AL, since 2003. Many of these children have been adopted and now live in the United States.

Randy and Valerie co-wrote, When Love Takes You In: Adoption Stories of Older Children From Ukraine. He is currently in the process of writing his second book, The Great Assignment, which should be available summer 2010.
