The cafeteria received a major renovation in the summer of 2010. The cafeteria has an all-you-can-eat buffet. Students receive a swipe card with a per day balance they can use in the food court. The food court is partially housed in the same building (student union building) as the cafeteria, and the other section is in nearby Tolliver Hall (home to the camp office). In the food court in the student union building, students can choose from Chick-fil-A, home-cooked options, snack shop with a la carte options and a deli sandwich/wrap station. The food court in Tolliver Hall offers students McAlister’s Deli, Java City Coffee, nachos and pizza by the slice.SLEEP

Mitchell leads the college ministry for The Austin Stone Community Church in Austin, TX. Mitchell was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and moved to Texas in 2005. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2015, God put on his heart to mobilize the next generation to change the world through the power of the gospel.
