Meals
Our dining hall is food court style, with selections at multiple stations. Food is a wide range of hot and made-to-order, plus salad, smoothie, and dessert bars. I recommend you peruse the menus online (https://dineoncampus.com/unca/) at the start of the semester in mid-August to see what is typically provided. There are a lot of choices, and everyone can find something to eat.
Food Allergies
Note food allergies on the rooming list and our staff will report these to the camp location (from campus: Yes, our dining staff will work with you to meet every dietary need. We routinely do this with our own students and with every summer group. We appreciate getting that information in advance).
From the Kitchen:
Dining Services does not operate in an allergen free facility and therefore we cannot guarantee against cross contact. We have procedures in place to limit this. Please notify dining staff in advance of any special dietary needs or restrictions.
